Scope of Work
- Approximately 10 public tender contracts awarded
- 2 maintenance contracts currently in hand
- Conveyance pathways along LRT ROW, inside live LRT tunnels, building ties and inside stations
- Design and build approx. 5km of conduit & tray pathway throughout tunnels
- Fibre design, supply, placement, termination, and testingC
- AD asbuilts design, and documentation
- Install 30km of backbone fibre cable, plus multiple spurs for distribution for signaling, LRT operations, and City of Edmonton IT usage
- Complete design build retrofit of IP CCTV systems at 4 LRT stations
- Convert analog CCTV and alarms to IP using encoders at 18 LRT and bus stations
- Replaced transformers and rectifiers in 3 traction power substations including the installation of a permanent overhead crane at a downtown substation
- Turn-key complete electrical and communications installations, and self-perform all works aside from CCTV programming and networks integration (Completed by Convergint Technologies)
- Maintain all cabling systems, including QA for new systems installed by others and head end reorganization on legacy installations
- Furnished 20 year Superior Essex manufacturer’s warranty on complete OSP installation
- Furnished Leviton manufacturer’s warranty on structured cabling solutions
